In der Abteilung Sensor Development spielen wir in der Champions League der Messtechnik und kümmern uns um die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Sensoren, Messsysteme und Kalibrierverfahren.

Dein typischer Tag

  • End\-to\-End Produktentwicklung: Du entwickelst piezoelektrische Sensoren für Druck und sowie Messsysteme von der ersten Idee über die Validierung bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung
  • Projektleitung mit Verantwortung: Du planst, leitest und steuerst Entwicklungsprojekte eigenverantwortlich und behältst dabei Budgets sowie Termine fest im Griff
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Du bildest die Schnittstelle zu internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Entwicklungspartnern
  • Messen und Untersuchen: du betreust Typenprüfungen, Qualifizierungen, Messkampagnen und messtechnische Untersuchungen an Sensoren und Kalibriersystemen
  • Technische Produktverantwortung: Als Expert/in für Teile des High\-Volume\-Sensor\-Portfolios berätst du interne Schnittstellen (PM, Produktion, Einkauf) kompetent bei Spezialaufträgen, Änderungsanträgen und Prozessoptimierungen

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte Basis: Erfolgreiches Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Materialwissenschaft)
  • Produktentwicklung / Projekt Management: Fundierte Erfahrung in der mechanischen Produktentwicklung, kombiniert mit einer Leidenschaft für das Projektmanagement
  • Fachspezifisches Know\-how: Idealerweise bringst du bereits vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Mess\- und Systemtechnik sowie der Sensorik mit
  • Starkes Toolset: Routinierter Umgang mit CAD (SolidWorks), FEM (Abaqus) und PM\-Tools (Clarity/Jira) sowie Grundlagen in Software\-Engineering (MATLAB/LabView/ ) runden dein Profil ab
  • Macher\-Mentalität: Eine konzeptionelle, kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Multitasking\-Skills, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und in einem dynamischen Hightech\-Umfeld aufblüht
  • Sprachkompetenz: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse sind für die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit in unserem internationalen Team wichtig
