Komm in unser buntes und motiviertes Team und unterstütze uns ab sofort tatkräftig in der Buchhaltung in unserer Zentrale in der Jürgen-Töpfer-Straße 44 in Hamburg-Othmarschen.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Laufende Buchhaltung: Du erfasst und buchst alle Geschäftsvorfälle und führst die Kontenklärung für Debitoren und Kreditoren durch.
  • Bank & Bilanz: Du verantwortest Bankbuchungen, die Abstimmung von Sachkonten sowie die Bearbeitung von Abgrenzungen und Rückstellungen nach HGB.
  • Abschluss & Verantwortung: Du erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse und betreust mehrere Gesellschaften (Kitas) eigenständig.
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner: Du bist die direkte Anlaufstelle und kompetente:r Berater:in für unsere Standortleitungen in allen buchhalterischen Fragestellungen.
  • Zukunftsgestaltung: Du unterstützt uns beim Aufbau eines FP&A-Systems für unsere Standorte, um für noch mehr Transparenz in den Zahlen zu sorgen.
  • Zahlungsverkehr: Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich das Erstellen von Sammelzahlungen, Mahnläufen und Lastschriften.

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir

  • Qualifikation: Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Buchhalter (m/w/d), Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d), oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung.
  • Erfahrung: Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung und Steuern sowie umfangreiche Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB.
  • Analytisches Talent: Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, Dich in komplexe Fragestellungen hineinzudenken, zeichnen Dich aus.
  • IT & Digitalisierung: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel und ERP-Software (vorzugsweise DATEV) und bringst technische Affinität für Programmschnittstellen und digitale Massendatenverarbeitung mit.
  • Arbeitsweise: Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Motivation und eine Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe runden Dein Profil ab.
