Eine motivierte und engagierte Gruppenleitung für unsere 2-4 jährigen Matrosen Pensum Min. 80 % - 100 % per sofort oder nach vereinbarung Du bist mit Herz und Seele Fachperson Betreuung und möchtest in einer liebevollen, kleinen Einrichtung arbeiten, in der Du eigenverantwortlich und kreativ tätig sein kannst? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Wer wir sind? Wir sind eine kleine, familiäre Kinderbetreuungseinrichtung, in der die Kinder im Mittelpunkt stehen. Mit einem engagierten Team und einer herzlichen Atmosphäre schaffen wir einen Ort, an dem sich Kinder und Eltern wohlfühlen. Wir arbeiten in einem teiloffenen Konzept und betreuen Kinder im Alter von 3 Monaten bis zum Kindergarteneintritt. Durch unsere Lage im wunderschönen Seetal , Einrichtung und Gestaltung der Kita geniessen wir eine sehr professionelle, gemütliche und familiäre Umgebung, welches sich auch positiv auf die Kinder auswirkt. Planung und Gestaltung geführter Sequenzen Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen Tagesablaufs mit Raum für Kreativität und freies Spiel Ansprechperson sowie Erziehungspartner der Eltern zu sein Umsetzung des Pädagogischen Konzeptes Gestaltung der Gruppenräume Eingewöhnung neuer Kinder planen und koordinieren und durchführen Planung und Organisation des Krippenalltags Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Betreuung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Liebe zum Beruf und Freude am Umgang mit Kindern Selbstständiges und kreatives Arbeiten Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit Einfühlungsvermögen und Geduld Belastbarkeit, sowie effiziente und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise Was wir Dir bieten:
