Für die Kita Wunderfitz suchen wir vom 1.2.27-31.8.2027 eine engagierte Fachperson Betreuung mit Herz, Tatendrang und Teamgeist. Du möchtest den Kita-Alltag aktiv mitgestalten, die Kinder pädagogisch und liebevoll begleiten und fördern und in einem herzlichen Team durchstarten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Du arbeitest vor allem auf der Kleinkindgruppe. Die 9 Kinder sind im Alter von 4 Monaten-ca.- 2 Jahren. Deine Aufgaben können auch an deinen Interessen noch angepasst werden. Was dich bei uns erwartet: - ein offenes, herzliches und motiviertes Team - Raum für Mitgestaltung und eigene Ideen - ein wertschätzendes und modernes Arbeitsumfeld - Teamanlässe, welche verbinden und Freude machen Das bringst du mit: - EFZ als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung Kind - Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und ein offenes Herz - Teamfähigkeit, Offenheit, Humor und Verantwortungsbewusstsein - gute Deutschkenntnisse Deine Aufgaben: - Mitbetreuung und Alltagsgestaltung, du schaffst einen täglich liebevollen und entwicklungsfördernden Raum für die Kinder - Führen der Kindergruppe und pädagogische Arbeit nach unserm Konzept, du beobachtest, begleitest und dokumentierst die Lernschritte in Portfolios und Lerngeschichten - Austausch mit den Eltern und dem Team, du arbeitest eng mit den Eltern zusammen, Elterngespräche führen, Anlässe organisieren und Teamarbeit leisten - du hilfst mit, dass unsere Standarts im Bereich Hygiene und Qualität gelebt werden.
