Denn für unsere Kita suchen wir Dich zur Verstärkung als Pädagogische Ergänzungskraft (m/w/d) – zunächst in einem zeitlich befristeten Rahmen für unsere Kitarino Lathusenstraße, jedoch mit einem generellen unbefristeten Arbeitsverhältnis bei Kitarino Niedersachsen.

  • Kinder, die liebevoll und individuell von Dir in ihrer Entwicklung begleitet werden möchten
  • Eine Kita, die mit Deiner Unterstützung ein noch schönerer Wohlfühlort werden soll und an deren pädagogischen Leitlinien Du mitarbeiten und sie stetig weiterentwickeln kannst
  • Du gestaltest das tägliche Zusammenleben in der Kita und begleitest die uns anvertrauten Kinder in Alltagssituationen sowie bei spannenden Projekten
  • Du pflegst die Erziehungs- und Bildungspartnerschaft mit den Eltern und stimmst Dich zu den individuellen Bildungs- und Erziehungszielen der Kinder mit ihnen ab
  • Du stehst für unsere Grundwerte und gehst jeden Tag mit einem guten Beispiel voran. Dabei haben die Kinder und Dein Team immer Priorität

Das bringst Du mit

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kinderpfleger/In, Heilerziehungshelfer/In oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Sehr gutes Fachwissen und praktische Erfahrungen in einer Krippe oder einem Kindergarten
  • Die Liebe zu Deiner Arbeit – Kinder sind Deine Leidenschaft und den Wunsch, dass alle Kinder eine schöne Kindheit haben und gleiche Chancen bekommen
  • Eine hohe Eigenmotivation etwas zu bewegen und Eigeninitiative sowie Organisationskompetenz, um Pläne umzusetzen
  • Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, selbstständig und strukturiert zu arbeiten und mögliche Konflikte eigenständig zu lösen
  • Eine positive Ausstrahlung, ein großes Maß an Empathie sowie ein offenes und sicheres Auftreten
