Teilzeit\-Assistent/in Buchhaltung, Backoffice und HR mit IT\-Flair in kleinem IT\-Dienstleister (60\-80%) ==========================================================================================================

Über uns KITE ist ein inhabergeführter IT\-Dienstleister in Zürich. Wir betreuen Anwaltskanzleien und KMU als deren komplette IT\-Abteilung, von der Cloud bis zum Arbeitsplatz. Kurze Wege, direkte Entscheide, keine Konzernstrukturen.

Was Du bei uns bewegen wirst

Buchhaltung und Administration:

  • Debitoren und Kreditoren selbständig führen, inkl. Zahlungsverkehr im E\-Banking
  • Spesen\- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen, Lieferantenrechnungen
  • Monatliche Verrechnung vorbereiten, Mahnwesen, Lizenzverlängerungen
  • Jahresabschluss vorbereiten und mit dem Treuhänder abwickeln

HR und Recruiting:

  • Triage eingehender Bewerbungen, Koordination mit Personalvermittlern
  • Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender, Unterstützung im Lohnwesen
  • Organisation von Teammeetings und Firmenevents

Büro:

  • Backoffice\-Mailbox und Hauptnummer, Post, Bestellungen, Wareneingang
  • Periodische Kontrollen von Lieferantenleistungen (Controlling)
  • Pflege der Website

IT\-Mitarbeit:

  • Anlegen neuer Kunden in unseren Systemen
  • Bei Neigung: einfache Mutationen, Installationen, Logistik zu Kunden

Diese Fähigkeiten bringst Du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundbildung und mehrjährige Praxis in der Buchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Abschlussarbeiten)
  • Erfahrung in Administration oder Office Management
  • Ausgeprägtes IT\-Verständnis, sicher in M365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams), Offenheit für neue Tools, auch KI\-gestützte
  • Ausgezeichnetes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil
  • Von Vorteil: HR\-Grundkenntnisse, Erfahrung mit ERP\-Software, Kanzleiumfeld
