Content Specialist

We are a multi-brand iGaming operator running several online casino brands on our own in-house gaming platform. Our product, marketing and CRM teams work closely together to launch and grow brands across multiple international markets.

Role Overview

As our Content & Localization Specialist, you will own content across our casino brands and platform. You will write content from scratch, translate and localize it between languages, and make sure every page, message and campaign reads naturally to each market. This is a standalone role: you will work directly with the product, marketing and CRM teams based on their needs, and coordinate freelancers or agencies when extra capacity is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write original content for all channels:SEO pages and blog articles FAQs and help content Emails and SMS Social media posts Meta titles, meta descriptions and other on-page SEO elements Website and platform copy (banners, promotions, UI text)
  • Translate and localize content to and from English, adapting tone, terminology and cultural references for each market
  • Keep terminology and brand voice consistent across all brands and languages
  • Test the websites daily to spot issues: broken or missing translations, layout problems, wrong links, outdated promotions, display errors across devices
  • Report issues clearly to the product and tech teams and follow them through to resolution
  • Brief, manage and review the work of freelancers and external agencies when needed
  • Use AI tools efficiently to speed up research, drafting and translation, always reviewing, editing and fact-checking the output

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Fluency in at least one additional language (big plus; please list all languages you speak/write fluently)
  • Proven experience writing and translating content for websites, CRM and social channels
  • Solid understanding of SEO basics: keywords, meta tags, on-page structure
  • Strong, practical use of AI tools (prompting, workflows, quality control), used to improve quality and speed, not to replace real writing
  • Sharp attention to detail and a habit of testing and checking
  • Able to work independently, manage priorities across several teams, and meet deadlines
  • iGaming or online casino experience is a strong advantage
