Αναζητούμε έναν/μία οργανωτικό/ή, δημιουργικό/ή και hands-on επαγγελματία για τη θέση CSR & Sponsorship Activation Manager.

Η θέση εστιάζει κυρίως στη διαχείριση και υλοποίηση χορηγικών activations. Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα αναλάβει να μετατρέπει τις χορηγίες της εταιρείας — όπως συνεργασίες με αθλητικές ομάδες, διοργανώσεις και ambassadors — σε ολοκληρωμένες εμπειρίες για το κοινό και τους φιλάθλους.

Ο ρόλος απαιτεί άριστη οργάνωση, δημιουργικότητα, επιχειρησιακή αντίληψη και ικανότητα execution υψηλού επιπέδου.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση sponsorship activations γύρω από χορηγίες αθλητικών ομάδων, διοργανώσεων και events.
  • Οργάνωση και διαχείριση όλων των activation ενεργειών, όπως:matchday activations fan engagement activities hospitality experiences branding & visibility executions promotional campaigns digital/social integrations onsite παραγωγές και συντονισμός
  • Διασφάλιση της σωστής αξιοποίησης των χορηγικών δικαιωμάτων της εταιρείας.
  • Συντονισμός με αθλητικούς συλλόγους, agencies, παραγωγές, προμηθευτές και εσωτερικά τμήματα.
  • Δημιουργία activation concepts που ενισχύουν την εμπειρία του κοινού και τη σύνδεση με το brand.
  • Διαχείριση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, budget και operational execution κάθε ενέργειας.
  • Παρακολούθηση αποτελεσματικότητας activations και δημιουργία reporting.
  • Υποστήριξη και υλοποίηση δράσεων CSR και Responsible Gaming.
  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τις κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις της στοιχηματικής αγοράς.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία 3+ ετών σε Sponsorship Activations, Sports Marketing, Events ή Experiential Marketing.
  • Εμπειρία σε αθλητικές χορηγίες ή συνεργασίες με ομάδες / διοργανώσεις.
  • Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές και project management δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών projects και deadlines.
  • Εμπειρία σε operational execution και onsite coordination.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και συνεργατικές δεξιότητες.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε betting, gaming ή entertainment industry.
  • Εμπειρία σε sponsorship rights management.
  • Εμπειρία σε CSR ή Responsible Gaming initiatives.
  • Γνώση sports event operations και matchday environments.
