Customer Support Agent - onsite

About Us:

We are an international gambling company specializing in top notch gambling solutions.

As a leading provider of online gambling entertainment, we offer a wide range of casino games, sports betting options, and live dealer experiences.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to ensure our players receive a world- class customer support experience.

Responsibilities:

Providing support to customers in our Greek market by phone calls, email and live chats.

Identifying clients' needs to emphasize and proactively propose solutions.

Put a key focus on customer expectations and satisfaction.

Work closely with the Customer Support team to identify areas of improvement and implement robust solutions 24-hour coverage with 8-hour shifts

Skills & Experience required

Native Greek language skills, whilst also proficient in English language at a business level.

Ability to identify various customer problems and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

A multi-tasker who can competently deliver high standards of service.

A team player who will help build a cohesive working environment within the team.
