Αναζητούμε έναν/μία DevOps Lead, ο/η οποίος/α συνδυάζει hands-on DevOps υλοποίηση με τεχνικό συντονισμό και δομημένο reporting.

Ο ρόλος έχει ξεκάθαρη ευθύνη για την υποδομή, τα λειτουργικά standards και την παροχή ορατότητας προς τη τεχνική διοίκηση, τα business stakeholders και το οικονομικό τμήμα.

Ομάδα & Scope

Ρόλος lead σε μικρή ομάδα DevOps (3 engineers)

Ευθύνη για ευθυγράμμιση τεχνολογιών, συνέπεια εργαλείων και λειτουργικά standards

Ενεργή, hands-on συμμετοχή στις καθημερινές DevOps εργασίες

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

DevOps Leadership

Συντονισμός και προτεραιοποίηση των DevOps εργασιών της ομάδας

Καθορισμός και εφαρμογή standards σε υποδομή και εργαλεία

Review αλλαγών, ρίσκων και αρχιτεκτονικών αποφάσεων

Σημείο κλιμάκωσης για incidents και λειτουργικά ζητήματα

Υποδομές & Λειτουργία (Hands-on)

Διαχείριση και λειτουργία cloud και on-prem υποδομών (AWS, Linux, networking, databases)

Διασφάλιση σταθερότητας, κλιμάκωσης, ασφάλειας και κόστους

Διαχείριση incidents, root cause analysis και συνεχή βελτίωση

CI/CD, Automation & Observability

Εποπτεία CI/CD pipelines και πρακτικών Infrastructure as Code

Διασφάλιση observability, alerting και λειτουργικών KPIs

Βελτιώσεις βασισμένες σε metrics και operational δεδομένα

Reporting (Κεντρική Ευθύνη του Ρόλου)

Ο/Η DevOps Lead είναι υπεύθυνος/η για ξεκάθαρο και δομημένο reporting:

Τεχνικό: κατάσταση υποδομών, incidents, ρίσκα και προγραμματισμένες αλλαγές

Business: σταθερότητα συστημάτων, διαθεσιμότητα και impact στο scalability

Οικονομικό: κόστος υποδομών, ενέργειες βελτιστοποίησης και προβλέψεις κόστους

Απαιτούμενο Προφίλ

4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ρόλους DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure

Ισχυρή hands-on εμπειρία με AWS και Linux

Εμπειρία σε production, high-traffic περιβάλλοντα

Ικανότητα καθαρής επικοινωνίας με τεχνικούς και μη τεχνικούς stakeholders

Τοποθέτηση Ρόλου

Hands-on DevOps με ownership

Ευθύνη συντονισμού και reporting

Lead βάσει ευθύνης, όχι ιεραρχίας
