Lead Video Editor – YouTube & Social Media

Η [WTF] αναζητά έναν Lead Video Editor για την παραγωγή περιεχομένου YouTube και Social Media, με ικανότητα να συνεργάζεται άμεσα με live παραγωγή στούντιο.

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα διαχειρίζεται μεγάλο όγκο εργασίας, θα παραδίδει περιεχόμενο υψηλής ποιότητας, θα καθοδηγεί την ομάδα editing και θα διασφαλίζει την τήρηση των τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και standards σε όλα τα deliverables.

Ιδανικά, θα έχει εμπειρία ή βασική γνώση στη χρήση καμερών στούντιο, κονσολών παραγωγής και streaming software, ώστε να μπορεί να συνεργάζεται στενά με την ομάδα παραγωγής.

Καθήκοντα / Αρμοδιότητες

  • Επεξεργασία βίντεο για YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn και άλλες πλατφόρμες.
  • Υπεύθυνος για format, resolution, aspect ratio, frame rate, bitrate, codec και color profile σε κάθε export.
  • Εφαρμογή motion graphics, VFX, color grading και sound design.
  • Υποστήριξη subtitles / captions (SRT, burned-in).
  • Multi-cam editing και συγχρονισμός ήχου/εικόνας σε σύνθετα projects.
  • Συνεργασία με στούντιο παραγωγής: βασική γνώση καμερών, switcher/console, audio mixer, streaming software (OBS, vMix ή παρόμοια).
  • Καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη της ομάδας video editors, διασφαλίζοντας consistency και ποιότητα στο output.
  • Δημιουργία workflow και templates για γρήγορη και συνεπή παραγωγή.
  • Διαχείριση μεγάλου όγκου υλικού και τήρηση αυστηρών deadlines.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Τουλάχιστον 4-6 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε επαγγελματικό περιβάλλον video editing για social media και YouTube.
  • Άριστη γνώση Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro.
  • Γνώση export specs για όλες τις πλατφόρμες:YouTube: 4K / 1080p, 16:9, H.264/H.265, 30/60fps, sRGB / Rec.709 Instagram: 1080x1080, 1080x1350, 1080x1920, H.264, 30fps TikTok: 1080x1920, H.264, 30fps Facebook & LinkedIn: 1080p/4K, H.264, 30fps
  • Εμπειρία σε multi-cam editing, color grading, audio mixing, sound design, motion graphics, VFX.
  • Βασική γνώση καμερών στούντιο, switchers/κονσόλες παραγωγής και streaming software (OBS, vMix ή παρόμοια).
  • Εμπειρία σε καθοδήγηση ομάδας ή ανάληψη ownership σε projects.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών projects παράλληλα με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Δημιουργικότητα, προσαρμοστικότητα και ομαδικό πνεύμα.
