Μεγαλώνουμε την ομάδα μας και αναζητούμε έναν Motion Graphics Designer με ουσιαστική εμπειρία σε AI motion graphics, που μπορεί να συνδυάζει δημιουργική σκέψη, τεχνική κατάρτιση και σύγχρονες μεθόδους παραγωγής.

Ο ρόλος σου

Θα σχεδιάζεις και θα παράγεις motion graphics και animations για YouTube εκπομπές και digital περιεχόμενο, αξιοποιώντας τόσο τα καθιερωμένα εργαλεία σχεδιασμού όσο και τις δυνατότητες του generative AI.

Η πρακτική γνώση AI αποτελεί απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση. Αναζητούμε άνθρωπο που έχει ήδη χρησιμοποιήσει αυτά τα εργαλεία σε ολοκληρωμένα δημιουργικά projects και μπορεί να μετατρέπει το παραγόμενο υλικό σε ποιοτικό τελικό αποτέλεσμα, με έλεγχο στην κίνηση, στο ύφος και στην οπτική συνέπεια.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Δημιουργία motion graphics, animations και visual effects για YouTube shows και digital περιεχόμενο.
  • Ενσωμάτωση AI εργαλείων στην παραγωγή: από το concept και τη δημιουργία οπτικού υλικού μέχρι το animation, το compositing και την τελική επεξεργασία.
  • Σχεδιασμός intros, lower thirds, transitions, infographics και άλλων γραφικών στοιχείων.
  • Επεξεργασία και βελτίωση AI-generated υλικού, με διόρθωση οπτικών αστοχιών και προσαρμογή στις ανάγκες κάθε παραγωγής.
  • Συνεργασία με σκηνοθέτες, editors και την ομάδα παραγωγής για την υλοποίηση δημιουργικών ιδεών.
  • Διαχείριση projects από το αρχικό concept μέχρι την τελική παράδοση, με συνέπεια στην ποιότητα, στο branding και στα deadlines.
  • Αξιολόγηση νέων AI εργαλείων και τεχνικών με βάση την πραγματική χρησιμότητά τους στην παραγωγή.

Τι αναζητούμε

  • Εμπειρία 2–4 ετών ως Motion Graphics Designer.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη πρακτική γνώση AI motion graphics και generative video, με σχετικά δείγματα στο portfolio.
  • Ικανότητα δημιουργίας και καθοδήγησης AI-generated εικόνας και κίνησης, μέσα από prompts, οπτικές αναφορές και διαδοχικές βελτιώσεις.
  • Κατανόηση των περιορισμών των AI εργαλείων και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων οπτικής συνέπειας, κίνησης και ποιότητας.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Adobe After Effects, με έμφαση σε animation, compositing και visual effects.
  • Καλή γνώση Adobe Photoshop και Illustrator.
  • Εμπειρία σε YouTube projects ή digital shows.
  • Καλή γνώση και συστηματική παρακολούθηση της αθλητικής επικαιρότητας, με έμφαση στο ποδόσφαιρο και το μπάσκετ.
  • Αισθητική αντίληψη, δημιουργικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και δυνατό portfolio.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.

Στο portfolio θέλουμε να δούμε ολοκληρωμένες δουλειές με AI και μια σύντομη περιγραφή της δικής σου συμβολής, των εργαλείων που χρησιμοποίησες και της επεξεργασίας που ακολούθησε.

Ωράριο & τρόπος εργασίας

Η θέση αφορά πλήρη απασχόληση με φυσική παρουσία στην Καλλιθέα, με εβδομαδιαία εναλλαγή μεταξύ πρωινής και βραδινής βάρδιας.

Απαιτείται επίσης διαθεσιμότητα για τέσσερις ώρες εξ αποστάσεως εργασίας την Κυριακή, όταν προκύπτουν ανάγκες παραγωγής.
