We are seeking a Digital Marketing Performance Executive who is familiar, professionally or personally, with the iGaming industry, in order to join our dynamic team. Will be responsible for developing and implementing highly effective performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will not only have a passion for launching and optimizing campaigns, analyzing results, and boosting user engagement but also possess a deep understanding of current marketing trends, tools, social media platforms, KPIs, and key metrics.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and mobile marketing.

· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote and drive player acquisition and retention.

· Optimize campaign metrics to meet predefined KPIs

· Enhance digital marketing strategies by recommending and implementing best practices to exceed company goals.

· Remain at the forefront of industry trends and cutting-edge marketing technologies to drive impactful results.

· Faster close collaboration with the Performance team to deliver data-driven insights and enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

· 3-5 years of experience in Digital Performance Marketing fields, preferably in the real money gaming industry

· A deep understanding of the gaming industry, including market trends, player behavior, and competitive landscape.

· Work experience in SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising campaigns

· Experience in various platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or other tracking software

· Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

· Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills

· Fluency in Greek and English
