Περιγραφή Θέσης

Αναζητούμε έναν/μία Senior Talent Headhunter για να ενταχθεί σε μια

μικρή, high-performance ομάδα recruiters. Ο ρόλος είναι 100% hands-

on και προσανατολισμένος στο manual sourcing μέσω LinkedIn και

direct outreach. Δεν πρόκειται για ρόλο διαχείρισης αγγελιών ή

inbound applicants. Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α απολαμβάνει το

ενεργό headhunting, το cold approach και τη συστηματική αναζήτηση

δύσκολων profiles.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

Manual sourcing υποψηφίων αποκλειστικά μέσω LinkedIn Recruiter

και direct search

Δημιουργία και εκτέλεση Boolean searches για tech, digital και

gambling ρόλους

Προσωπική προσέγγιση (direct outreach) passive candidates

Αξιολόγηση υποψηφίων μέσω τηλεφωνικών ή online συνεντεύξεων

Διαχείριση υποψηφίων από το πρώτο contact έως το offer stage

Στενή συνεργασία με hiring stakeholders για κατανόηση ρόλων και

αναγκών

Συνεχής χαρτογράφηση της αγοράς και δημιουργία talent pools

Ο ρόλος δεν περιλαμβάνει δημοσίευση αγγελιών, διαχείριση inbound

applications, employer branding ή HR administrative καθήκοντα.

Απαραίτητα ΠροσόνταΕμπειρία 5+ ετών σε hands-on recruitment ή headhunting

Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε manual sourcing και direct outreach

Πολύ καλή γνώση LinkedIn Recruiter και Boolean search

Εμπειρία σε tech, digital ή gambling ρόλους

Άνεση με cold approaches και διαχείριση passive candidates

Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών

Θα εκτιμηθούν επιπλέον

Προϋπηρεσία σε recruitment agency ή boutique search firm
