Η WTF Productions αναζητά έναν/μία Ηχολήπτη / vMix Operator για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα παραγωγής live και μαγνητοσκοπημένων εκπομπών.

Ο ρόλος έχει κύρια έμφαση στον ήχο (περίπου 70%), ενώ το υπόλοιπο 30% αφορά τη χρήση vMix και την υποστήριξη του live production workflow.

Αναζητούμε έναν άνθρωπο που αισθάνεται άνετα στο περιβάλλον ενός σύγχρονου studio, μπορεί να διαχειριστεί με αξιοπιστία τον ήχο μιας ζωντανής παραγωγής και παράλληλα έχει καλή τεχνική αντίληψη ώστε να υποστηρίζει τη ροή μιας live εκπομπής μέσω vMix.

Πρόκειται για hands-on θέση, όπου η τεχνική συνέπεια, η ψυχραιμία κατά τη διάρκεια του live και η άμεση αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων είναι ιδιαίτερα σημαντικές.

Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες

  • Διαχείριση ήχου σε live streaming εκπομπές και μαγνητοσκοπημένες παραγωγές.
  • Ρύθμιση και χειρισμός μικροφώνων, κονσολών, audio interfaces και λοιπού studio εξοπλισμού.
  • Παρακολούθηση και έλεγχος της ποιότητας του ήχου κατά τη διάρκεια ζωντανών εκπομπών.
  • Πραγματοποίηση ηχογραφήσεων για εκπομπές, συνεντεύξεις και άλλες παραγωγές.
  • Mixing, audio processing, noise reduction και βελτιστοποίηση του τελικού ήχου σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες της παραγωγής.
  • Χρήση vMix για την υποστήριξη live productions και streaming workflows.
  • Υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση διαφορετικών audio/video sources κατά τη διάρκεια των εκπομπών.
  • Άμεση αντιμετώπιση τεχνικών προβλημάτων κατά τη διάρκεια live παραγωγών.
  • Στενή συνεργασία με σκηνοθέτες, παραγωγούς και την υπόλοιπη τεχνική και δημιουργική ομάδα.
  • Έλεγχος, σωστή χρήση και βασική συντήρηση του τεχνικού εξοπλισμού.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε ηχοληψία, live production, studio ή broadcast περιβάλλον.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού audio consoles, microphones, audio interfaces και signal routing.
  • Καλή γνώση audio processing, mixing και troubleshooting.
  • Εμπειρία ή καλή πρακτική γνώση vMix.
  • Κατανόηση των τεχνικών απαιτήσεων ενός live streaming / broadcast workflow.
  • Ικανότητα γρήγορης διάγνωσης και επίλυσης τεχνικών προβλημάτων.
  • Άνεση εργασίας σε περιβάλλον ζωντανών παραγωγών, όπου απαιτούνται ταχύτητα και ψυχραιμία.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, συνέπεια και επαγγελματισμός.
  • Πολύ καλή συνεργασία με τεχνικές και δημιουργικές ομάδες.

Θα Θεωρηθούν Επιπλέον Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τηλεοπτικές, αθλητικές ή digital broadcast παραγωγές.
  • Εμπειρία σε YouTube Live ή άλλα streaming environments.
  • Εξοικείωση με OBS, multicam setups ή παρόμοια live production εργαλεία.
  • Γνώση DAWs όπως Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Reaper ή αντίστοιχων εφαρμογών.
  • Βασική γνώση video workflows και codecs.
  • Ικανότητα να καλύπτεις με άνεση τόσο το audio όσο και το vMix/live production κομμάτι του ρόλου.

Ωράριο & Τρόπος Εργασίας

Η θέση αφορά πλήρη απασχόληση, onsite στην Καλλιθέα, με εργασία σε κυλιόμενες πρωινές και απογευματινές/βραδινές βάρδιες.

Λόγω της φύσης των live παραγωγών, απαιτείται ευελιξία ως προς το πρόγραμμα και δυνατότητα εργασίας Σαββατοκύριακα όταν υπάρχει ανάγκη παραγωγής.
