Jouw rol

Als stagiair Administratie ondersteun je het administratieve team van Normec Foodlab bij diverse werkzaamheden. Tijdens jouw stage doe je praktijkervaring op en draag je bij aan een correcte verwerking van gegevens, monsters en facturen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het ondersteunen bij diverse administratieve werkzaamheden
  • Het analyseren en optimaliseren van het facturatieproces
  • Het registreren en verwerken van monsters in onze systemen (LIMS)
  • Het verwerken en controleren van gegevens

Jouw profiel

  • Je zit in het laatste jaar van een MBO-niveau 4 opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfsadministratie, Business Administration & Control Specialist of vergelijkbaar, of je zit in het tweede jaar van een relevante HBO-opleiding.
  • Je bent handig met systemen en leert snel werken met nieuwe software.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Affiniteit met de levensmiddelenbranche is een pré
  • Je bent op zoek naar een meewerkstage voor een stageperiode van 4 tot 9 maanden

Jouw nieuwe werkplek

Normec Foodlab ondersteunt voedingsmiddelenbedrijven met betrouwbare analyses op het gebied van voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit. Denk aan microbiologische testen op diverse food producten zoals chocola, kaas en vleeswaren. Alle analyses worden uitgevoerd volgens strikte ISO 17025-normen. Je komt terecht in een professionele en informele werkomgeving waar je veel kunt leren en waar jouw ontwikkeling centraal staat.
