Sie begleiten und beraten Eltern in ihrer Rolle als Erziehungsverantwortliche, nutzen vorhandene Ressourcen, erweitern deren Kompetenzen in unterschiedlichen Lebensbereichen und arbeiten systemisch-lösungsorientiert. Sie coachen Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene, die ihren Alltag nicht ohne Unterstützung bewältigen können - sei es, dass sie keine Perspektiven für sich sehen, ihr Zuhause ihnen zu wenig Struktur bieten kann oder sie in einer persönlichen Krise stecken.

Im Zentrum stehen stets die Gewährleistung und die Förderung des Kindeswohls, mit dem Fokus auf eine gesunde Entwicklung der Kinder und Jugendlichen. Sie arbeiten als fallführende Fachperson grösstenteils selbständig oder in Co-Settings und mit viel Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten im direkten Wohn- und Lebensumfeld der Jugendlichen, jungen Erwachsenen und Familien.

Anforderungsprofil ###

  • Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit, Erziehungswissenschaft, Sozial- oder Kulturanthropologie, Populäre Kulturen oder Psychologie
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Familien, Kindern und/oder Jugendlichen
  • Vorzugsweise eine Weiterbildung in einem für die Tätigkeit relevanten Gebiet erwünscht
  • Systemische-, lösungsorientierte Haltung und Arbeitsweise
  • Sie können komplexe Situationen gut erfassen und lassen sich nicht so schnell aus der Ruhe bringen - Kriseninterventionskompetenzen
  • Sie schätzen eine hohe Eigenverantwortung in der Planung und Durchführung der Einsätze
  • Humor, Geduld und Beziehungsarbeitskompetenzen
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit - Berichterstattung z.H. Indikationsstellen
  • Eigenes Auto von Vorteil
