  • Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller ambulanter Leistungsfälle (KVG/VVG)
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von ambulanten Kostengutsprachen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher, tarifarischer und interner Vorgaben
  • Bearbeitung von Mailanfragen, Telefonaten und schriftlicher Korrespondenz
  • Selbstständige versicherungstechnische Abklärungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrauensarzt
  • Kommunikation von Leistungsentscheiden gegenüber Versicherten und Leistungserbringern sowie fachliche Betreuung und Beratung von Leistungserbringern, internen Fachabteilungen, Agenturen und Versicherungsnehmern
  • Einarbeitung und fachliche Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Regelwerken mit Fokus auf Qualität, Effizienz und Digitalisierung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Medizinische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Sozialversicherungen
  • Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise im Krankenversicherungsbereich
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Leistungsprüfung und hohe Affinität zu rechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Engagierte, selbstständige und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
