Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain software components for advanced semiconductor systems.
• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Develop robust, maintainable, and high-quality code following software engineering best practices.
• Investigate and resolve software defects, performance issues, and customer-reported problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, QA, and Field Support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support product releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews and promote software quality standards.
• Learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and development methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of software development experience, or equivalent hands-on experience gained through military service, internships, or significant academic projects.
• Strong programming skills in C#/.NET and object-oriented design.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Experience with multithreaded programming and debugging.
• Familiarity with Windows-based application development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern .NET technologies.
• Familiarity with database technologies and SQL.
• Experience working with hardware-integrated systems.
• Experience in industrial automation, machine control, or semiconductor-related environments.
