Role

Vi hjälper varje vecka allt från små startups till globala företag att synas med film som gör skillnad. Nu söker vi en Content Creator / Social Media Lead på konsultbasis i Stockholm som vill ge våra egna kanaler samma kärlek som vi ger våra kunders.

Du tar ansvar för Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok och YouTube – från strategi och idé till produktion, publicering och uppföljning. Det är en operativ roll där du själv skapar innehållet och driver arbetet framåt.

Du kommer att:

  • Ta fram en innehållsstrategi med tydliga mål.
  • Planera, filma, klippa och publicera innehåll löpande.
  • Hitta berättelser i vår vardag: inspelningar, bakom kulisserna, kundcase och människorna i teamet.
  • Utveckla återkommande format och serier som bygger engagemang över tid.
  • Analysera resultat, testa idéer och optimera utifrån data.
  • Utveckla kanalerna så att de stärker varumärket och skapar nya kundkontakter.

Your profile

Du är en kreatör som får saker gjorda. Du kan tänka strategiskt, men trivs lika bra bakom kameran och vid klippbordet. Du ser möjligheterna i vardagen och gör innehåll av dem.

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att bygga och driva sociala kanaler för ett företag eller varumärke. Visa gärna konkreta resultat.
  • Känsla för vad som fångar uppmärksamheten och hur innehåll behöver anpassas till olika plattformar.
  • Förmåga att själv filma och klippa med både kvalitet och tempo.
  • Förståelse för såväl B2B-innehåll på LinkedIn som mer lekfullt kortformat på TikTok och Instagram.
  • Eget driv och struktur – du planerar, prioriterar och följer upp ditt arbete.
  • God svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
  • Eget bolag med F-skatt eller möjlighet att fakturera via ett egenanställningsbolag.

Erfarenhet från byrå eller produktionsbolag är meriterande, liksom kunskaper inom motion graphics, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve och betald annonsering i sociala medier.
