The posting

Turn approved business processes into tested, documented ERP configuration.

Execute approved ERP configuration, master-data preparation/import, testing, evidence, user guidance and rectification under the ERP Implementation Team Leader.

What You Will Do

  • Read the approved process map, module scope, field map and access rules
  • Configure only approved modules, teams, stages, products, taxes, users, templates and settings
  • Validate models/fields and import templates before data movement
  • Record before/after evidence, IDs, tests, exceptions and rollback considerations
  • Support UAT and correct TL-reviewed defects
  • Submit configuration notes, data files, issue log and handover evidence

  • ERP functional module knowledge
  • Process mapping and configuration discipline
  • Import templates and data quality
  • Permissions and testing awareness
  • Issue logging and documentation
  • Secure access and careful evidence

Authority, Accuracy & Safety

  • No unapproved bulk update/delete, posting, payment, reconciliation or permission change
  • No tax, GST, payroll, accounting or legal assumption
  • No custom code or low-code customization dependency unless approved
  • No live automation without test, backup and instruction
  • No direct client contact or credential sharing

What To Include

  1. Two ERP projects with exact modules and contribution
  2. One redacted configuration, import, test or issue-log sample
  3. One data/permission defect caught
  4. Platform/version experience
  5. Availability and secure remote setup
