Vi tilbyder et arbejde i de smukkeste udendørs omgivelser ved Opalsøen, hvor du vil indgå i et team af guider med det til fælles, at vi også er vilde med klatring og friluftsliv i vores fritid.

Som guide ved Klatring Bornholm tager du imod gæster i alle aldre og sørger for trygge og spændende oplevelser i klippeklatring og rappelling. Du instruerer gæsten i udstyr og klatreruter og lader gæsterne klatre op eller rappelle ned, mens du holder dem sikret i topreb eller styrer sikkerheden fra toppen af rappellevæggen. Er du ny i faget, vil du modtage oplæring både i kundeservice og sikkerhedsmæssige aspekter af Klatring Bornholms aktiviteter. Som instruktør står man ikke alene med hovedansvaret før nødvendige færdigheder og viden er på plads.

Vi har følgende adgangskrav:

- Færdigheder og erfaring i klatring eller rebaktiviteter

- Kan begå sig på dansk og engelsk eller et 3. sprog.

- Minimum 18 år

Som person skal du være ansvarsfuld, empatisk, udadvendt og god til at snakke med alle.

Arbejdstiden ligger typisk mellem kl. 9.00 til 16.00 eller 18.00 og du har indflydelse på, hvor meget arbejde du vil tage. Vi tilbyder både fuldtid og deltidsstillinger over sæsonen, som strækker sig fra påske til efterårsferien.

Alt efter din erfaring, uddannelse og ansvar, aftales lønnen individuelt. Som ansat får du mulighed for at modtage kurser i klatring, rappelling og redning, og du kan således dygtiggøre dine færdigheder igennem arbejdet hos Klatring Bornholm.
