Wir suchen zwei Account Executives (Large Enterprise), die unser erfahrenes, erfolgreiches Team in München verstärken. Du arbeitest mit führenden B2C- und Einzelhandelsmarken in der DACH-Region, die ihre Marketing-Technologie und ihren Umgang mit Kundendaten modernisieren. Du bist für den gesamten Verkaufszyklus verantwortlich – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum unterschriebenen Vertrag – und arbeitest eng mit Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product und unseren Partnern zusammen, um nachhaltigen Mehrwert für Kunden zu schaffen.

Du arbeitest mit Marken wie Beiersdorf, Henkel, Zalando, Douglas und adidas. Das ist eine große Verantwortung – und eine noch größere Chance.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Klaviyos Large-Enterprise-Kundenbasis in der DACH-Region ausbauen
  • Komplexe Verkaufszyklen mit mehreren Stakeholdern steuern: Prospecting, Discovery, Demos, Business Case, Verhandlung und Abschluss
  • Gebiets- und Account-Pläne für langfristiges Wachstum entwickeln und umsetzen
  • Anforderungen zu Datenschutz (DSGVO), Sicherheit und Einkauf gemeinsam mit Legal, Security und Solutions meistern
  • Mit Agenturen, Systemintegratoren und Technologiepartnern im Ökosystem zusammenarbeiten
  • Zusammen mit Solutions Engineering, Customer Success und Marketing ein herausragendes Kauferlebnis bieten
  • Einblicke in lokale Markttrends mit Product und Engineering teilen und so die Roadmap mitprägen
  • Kolleg*innen unterstützen: Best Practices teilen und andere Account Executives informell begleiten
  • KI-Tools im Alltag nutzen (Recherche, Account-Planung, Deal-Vorbereitung) und funktionierende Ansätze im Team teilen

Dein Profil

  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachen-/C2-Niveau und sehr gutes Business-Englisch
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung mit Umsatzverantwortung im Enterprise-SaaS, idealerweise in MarTech/CDP/CRM/E-Commerce
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Eigenakquise und im Abschluss von Neukundengeschäft – einschließlich selbst aufgebauter Pipeline
  • Sicher im Umgang mit C-Level und Senior-Stakeholdern aus Marketing, Digital, IT und Data in großen Organisationen
  • Beratungsstark und technisch versiert; du vermittelst klaren Mehrwert mit Substanz
  • Kenntnisse in Marketing-Automatisierung, CDP oder E-Commerce-Ökosystemen sind von Vorteil
  • Ein etabliertes Netzwerk bei DACH-Marken und Einzelhändlern ist von Vorteil
  • Neugierig auf KI und offen für den verantwortungsvollen Einsatz neuer Tools
  • Teamorientiert, belastbar und engagiert für eine vertrauensvolle Teamkultur
  • Im Raum München ansässig oder umzugsbereit, mit gültiger Arbeitserlaubnis für Deutschland

Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Base Pay Range in Local Currency:

€112.000—€168.000 EUR

This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
