Caregiver - KV KOVE Department

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver with at least 1 year of experience in the KV - KOVE department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a respectful and professional manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and behavior to the healthcare team.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with KV - KOVE department policies and procedures.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
  • Support clients in attending appointments and social activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience in KV - KOVE department or similar setting.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare and personal care practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and assist with mobility.
  • Certification in caregiving or related field is preferred.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
