About Us

We are a fast-growing cleaning company based in Copenhagen, delivering high-quality cleaning services to private homes, offices, and commercial clients. As our operations expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Communication Coordinator to strengthen our internal and external communication flow and support our team in delivering excellent service every day.

Role Overview

As our Communication Coordinator, you will be the central link between management, cleaning staff, and clients. You’ll ensure that information flows clearly, tasks are communicated efficiently, and clients receive timely updates. Your work will directly support smoother operations, better customer satisfaction, and a more organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily communication between cleaning staff and management
  • Handle client inquiries, updates, and service-related communication
  • Manage scheduling changes and communicate updates to staff
  • Support onboarding communication for new employees
  • Prepare internal updates, guidelines, and announcements
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain clear communication channels across the company
  • Help resolve misunderstandings or operational issues quickly
  • Contribute to improving communication processes and workflows

Qualifications

  • Experience in coordination, communication, administration, or customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus
  • English proficiency required (Danish is plus )
  • Must be based in Copenhagen or willing to relocate
