Für unsere Filiale im Auhof Center suchen wir eine engagierte und qualifizierte stellvertretende Filialleitung, die mit fachlicher Kompetenz, einem ausgeprägten Gespür für Mode und hoher Einsatzbereitschaft überzeugt und unser Team tatkräftig unterstützt. 1 Filialleiter/in-Stellvertreter/in

Vollzeit, ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Sie gewährleisten den reibungslosen Verkauf in Ihrer Filiale

* Betreuen Ihre Kunden, insbesondere Stammkunden

* Unterstützen die Filialleitung und die MitarbeiterInnen bei der Stammkundengewinnung

* Setzen verkaufsfördernde Maßnahmen und tragen somit zum optimalen Erfolg der Filiale bei

* Koordinieren den gesamten Warenfluss

* Kontrollieren die optimale Warenpräsentation

* Organisieren Kundenveranstaltungen und setzen nach Vorgaben um

* Beobachten den Textilmarkt und dessen Trends

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem Textilhandelsbetrieb

* Verkaufsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken

* Organisationstalent mit sehr gutem Zeitmanagement

* Interesse an Trends in Mode und Fashion
