  • Design Decision-Maker Engagement Strategies: Create approaches for engaging payer organizations, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and other organized healthcare customers, influencing coverage, reimbursement, and treatment adoption.
  • Translate Healthcare Trends into Strategic Recommendations: Analyze healthcare policy, reimbursement developments, and stakeholder dynamics to develop forward-looking strategic frameworks, content platforms, and actionable recommendations.
  • Shape Value Propositions and Access Narratives: Define and evolve payer and population health narratives, value propositions, and access strategies throughout product lifecycles and across biopharmaceutical portfolios.
  • Integrate Access and Patient Support Strategies: Incorporate specialty pharmacy and distribution models, channel strategy, patient services, HUB programs, and affordability considerations into comprehensive market access approaches.
  • Advise Senior Clients: Act as a strategic partner to client leadership, guiding enterprise-level market access decisions and ensuring recommendations reflect real-world healthcare system dynamics.

  • Value Communication and Content Development: Strong track record of creating strategic frameworks, compelling content platforms, and value narratives that inform payer engagement and market access decisions.
  • Client Partnership and Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex healthcare dynamics into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience partnering effectively with Strategy, Medical, Creative, and client-facing teams to deliver integrated market access solutions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
