Objetivo do trabalho: O Key Account Manager - Canais Digitais atua na gestão de contas-chave, focando no fortalecimento das relações comerciais com clientes em canais digitais. O papel visa entender as necessidades dos clientes e oferecer soluções personalizadas, contribuindo para o crescimento das vendas e satisfação do cliente. Espera-se que o profissional identifique oportunidades de melhoria e maximize o potencial das contas sob sua responsabilidade.

Responsabilidades:

- Gerenciar a carteira de contas-chave em canais digitais, garantindo um atendimento de alta qualidade e alinhado às necessidades dos clientes, por meio de acompanhamentos regulares.

- Analisar dados de vendas e desempenho de campanhas digitais para propor melhorias e ações estratégicas que impactem positivamente os resultados.

- Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com clientes, agindo como ponto de contato entre os clientes e a empresa para resolver problemas e garantir a satisfação.

- Participar de reuniões internas e com clientes para discutir o andamento de projetos e esclarecer dúvidas, promovendo uma comunicação eficaz.

- Contribuir para o planejamento estratégico relacionado aos canais digitais, influenciando a tomada de decisões com base em insights de clientes e mercado.

Qualificações:

- Conhecimento geral sobre gestão de contas e vendas, especialmente em ambientes digitais.

- Habilidades de comunicação efetiva, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para interagir com clientes e equipe interna.

- Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados de vendas e tomar decisões baseadas em informações concretas.

- Conhecimentos básicos em ferramentas de CRM e marketing digital para facilitar a gestão do relacionamento com os clientes e otimizar as ações de vendas.

Qualificações educacionais: Ensino superior completo, preferencialmente em Administração, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas.

Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente ou vendas, sendo desejáveis estágios ou funções em áreas relacionadas ao comércio digital.

CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em estratégias de vendas e relacionamento com clientes, familiaridade com CRM e plataformas digitais.
