N A T J E Č A J

za izbor i imenovanje (m/ž)

  1. PREDSTOJNIK USTROJSTVENE JEDINICE – KLINIČKI ZAVOD ZA NUKLEARNU MEDICINU

Uvjeti:

  • VSS medicinski fakultet
  • specijalizacija iz grane medicine iz djelatnosti kliničkog zavoda
  • odobrenje za samostalan rad
  • znanstveno-nastavno zvanje
  • 5 godina radnog iskustva na poslovima specijalista nuklearne medicine

Prilikom prijave na natječaj kandidati su dužni priložiti:

  • zamolbu
  • životopis
  • preslik diplome o završenom fakultetu
  • preslik uvjerenja o položenom specijalističkom ispitu
  • preslik odobrenja za samostalan rad
  • dokaz o znanstvenom-nastavnom zvanju
  • dokaz o radnom iskustvu u zvanju i to:
  • potvrda Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje – elektronički ispis o radnom stažu iz koje je razvidno da je osiguranik radio na poslovima tražene stručne spreme kao i razdoblje obavljanja navedenog rada
  • program rada i razvoja s predviđenom dinamikom realizacije za četverogodišnje razdoblje
  • dokaz o ispunjavanju uvjeta iz članka 156. a. Zakona o zdravstvenoj zaštiti (NN 100/18, 125/19, 147/20, 119/22, 156/22, 33/23, 36/24 i 102/25) (izjava kojom kandidat pod punom materijalnom i kaznenom odgovornošću izjavljuje da nije osnivač zdravstvene ustanove ili trgovačkog društva koje obavlja zdravstvenu djelatnost u zdravstvenoj djelatnosti u kojoj je zaposlen odnosno u djelatnosti koja je povezana s poslovima iz djelatnosti u kojoj je zaposlen)

Za navedeno radno mjesto određen je reizborsvake četiri (4) godine.

Prijave kompletirane potrebnim dokazima o ispunjavanju uvjeta iz natječaja uz priloženi program rada i razvoja s predviđenom dinamikom realizacije za četverogodišnje razdoblje, kao i dokazom (izjava) o ispunjavanju uvjeta iz članka 156. a. Zakona o zdravstvenoj zaštiti (NN 100/18, 125/19, 147/20, 119/22, 156/22, 33/23, 36/24 i 102/25), dostavljaju se u Prijemnu kancelariju – soba br. 1, u Upravnoj zgradi Kliničkog bolničkog centra Split, Spinčićeva 1, Split ili poštom na istu adresu.

Prema Zakonu o ravnopravnosti spolova na Natječaj se mogu prijaviti osobe oba spola.

Kandidat/kinja koji/a se poziva na pravo prednosti prilikom zapošljavanja u skladu sa člankom 102. i 103.
