Funktionsbewertung und die entsprechende Einreihung im jeweiligen Gehaltssystem.Für neue Mitarbeiterinnen beträgt das Einstiegsgehalt bei 40 Wochenstunden laut Wiener Bedienstetengesetz 7.782 € brutto zzgl. 150 € brutto Erschwernisabgeltung monatlich (14x) zzgl. Vergütung gemäß § 101a (1) W-BedG.Durch die Anrechnung von berufseinschlägigen bzw. gleichwertigen Tätigkeiten als Vordienstzeiten kann sich ein höheres Gehalt ergeben.Wir möchten den Anteil an Frauen in diesem Berufsfeld erhöhen und laden daher besonders Frauen zur Bewerbung ein.
