Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess der Ihnen zugeteilten Patientinnen und Patienten, in den Fachbereichen der Neurorehabilitation, anhand der in der Klinik Lengg angewandten Pflegemodelle
  • Sie sind gemeinsam mit den Fachpersonen Gesundheit sowie unseren Studierenden, Lernenden und Praktikanten tätig.
  • Sie pflegen und betreuen unsere Patientinnen und Patienten kompetent in einem interprofessionellen Behandlungsteam bestehend aus Therapeuten, Ärzten sowie Mitarbeitenden der Hotellerie
  • Die Begleitung, Beratung und Unterstützung der Angehörigen unserer Patientinnen und Patienten runden das Aufgabengebiet ab

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH
  • Erste Facherfahrungen in der Rehabilitation oder in medizinischen Abteilungen, sowie Interesse am Fachbereich der neurologischen Rehabilitation sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie zeichnen sich als belastbare, kommunikative und offene Persönlichkeit aus und arbeiten gerne im Team
  • Sie beweisen eine hohe Sozialkompetenz im Umgang mit Patienten und deren Angehörigen
  • Gutes Organisationstalent sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit runden ihr Profil ab
  • Wählen Sie zwischen FIX, FLEX oder SUPERFLEX das Arbeitsmodell, das am besten zu Ihnen passt. Die Flexverträge bieten Ihnen den Komfort eines festen Arbeitsvertrages und zusätzlich attraktive Vorteile in Form von flexiblen Arbeitseinsätzen (Pilotprojekt ab 1.Juni 2025).
  • Weitere Modelle mit ausschliesslich Frühdienst oder Spätdienst sowie das Arbeitsmodell mit, ohne oder nur Nachtschicht sind bereits seit langem bei uns etabliert.
