Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du bist der Profi für Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung an elektrischen, mess- und regeltechnischen Anlagen.
  • Elektromotoren & Frequenzumrichter? Du schließt sie an und bringst sie zum Laufen.
  • Wartung & Instandhaltung von Messgeräten, Analyseanlagen und Waagen – alles unter deiner Kontrolle.
  • Du prüfst elektrische Geräte nach BGV A3 / VDE105 (TRBS2131) und sorgst für Sicherheit.
  • Regelmäßige Checks an Trafostationen, Batterien und Aufzugsanlagen gehören dazu.
  • Du schaltest 10 kV Hochspannungsanlagen nach Anweisung.
  • SAP ist für dich kein Fremdwort – du meldest Aufträge und Materialbewegungen zurück.
  • Selbstständige Arbeit an programmierbaren Steuerungen und Prozessleitsystemen.
  • Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen bei Reparaturen und Projekten.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fremdfirmen bei Projekten.
  • Programmierung und Dokumentation im PCS7-Leitsystem.
  • Pflege der Prozessnetzwerke (Profibus, Ethernet).
  • Rufbereitschaft und gelegentliche Wochenend-/Feiertagseinsätze.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker, Industrieelektriker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung wünschenswert.
  • EDV-Know-how und solide MS Office-Kenntnisse.
  • Kenntnisse in PCS7 Super, aber kein Muss.
  • Du arbeitest zielorientiert, bist kommunikativ und entscheidungsfreudig.
  • Problemlöser-Mentalität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft (im Wechsel alle 4 - 6 Wochen)
