Dan is deze rol als Calculator iets voor jou! Ter versterking van ons team, zoeken wij een calculator nieuwbouw en een calculator bestaande bouw.

Jouw impact

Onze dochteronderneming Heilijgers heeft de laatste jaren grote stappen gezet op het gebied van BIM, Slimmer Bouwen (Lean) en duurzaamheid. Of het nu gaat om een nieuwbouwwijk, verduurzaming, renovatie, transformatie of een complex utiliteitsproject, jouw calculaties zijn het fundament voor een succesvol bouwproces waarin kwaliteit en duurzaamheid vooropstaan.

Jouw focus

  • Het opstellen van gedetailleerde kostenbegrotingen en ramingen op basis van bestek en tekeningen.
  • Het adviseren van ontwikkelaars en opdrachtgevers over bouwkosten.
  • Het voorbereiden van aanbestedingen, tenders en bouwteams.
  • Het opstellen van werkbegrotingen en het overdragen van calculatiegegevens aan het bouwteam.
  • Het signaleren van risico’s en kansen en het aandragen van slimme oplossingen.
  • Het uitvragen en beoordelen van offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Het maken van (budget)ramingen, regel- en elementenbegrotingen.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een hbo-opleiding in Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in woning- en/of utiliteitsbouw.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van calculatie- en uitvoeringsmethodieken en het Bouwbesluit.
  • Ervaring met calculatiesoftware zoals IBIS-TRAD en Excel..

Samenwerking | In deze rol werk je nauw samen met ontwikkelaars, projectteams en andere collega’s binnen Heilijgers om projecten financieel en technisch goed voor te bereiden. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met onderaannemers en leveranciers bij het opvragen en beoordelen van offertes. Samen zorg je ervoor dat projecten met een solide begroting en duidelijke uitgangspunten van start gaan.
