Als Calculator Nieuwbouw bij Adriaan van Erk ben jij vanaf het begin betrokken bij projecten. Je rekent niet alleen door, maar denkt actief mee over haalbaarheid, optimalisatie en slimme oplossingen. Zo leg jij de financiële basis voor een sterk project.

Jouw impact

Jij stuurt calculators binnen een project aan en bepaalt of plannen realistisch, haalbaar en financieel gezond zijn. Jouw werk vormt de basis voor een succesvol bouwproject.

Jouw focus

Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de calculatie van een project. Binnen een project stuur je andere calculators aan om tot een gedegen kostenonderbouwing te komen. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Opstellen van kostprijsbegrotingen voor nieuwbouwprojecten
  • Analyseren van tekeningen, ontwerpen en technische uitgangspunten
  • Signaleren van risico’s, kansen en optimalisaties in een vroeg stadium
  • Opvragen en beoordelen van offertes van co-makers en leveranciers
  • Meedenken over bouwmethodieken, fasering en uitvoerbaarheid
  • Aansturen van calculators binnen een project

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar
  • Minimaal 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als calculator in de nieuwbouw, bij voorkeur woningbouw
  • Sterk analytisch en bouwkundig goed onderlegd
  • Ziet waar aannames of cijfers niet kloppen en stelt daar kritische vragen over
  • Ruime kennis van calculatie- en uitvoeringsmethodieken en het Bouwbesluit

Samenwerking | In deze rol werk je nauw samen met ontwikkelaars, projectteams en andere collega’s binnen Adriaan van Erk om projecten financieel goed voor te bereiden. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met onderaannemers en leveranciers bij het opvragen en beoordelen van offertes.
