Jouw impact

Als kostendeskundige stuur je proactief op kosten en heb je directe invloed op ontwerpkeuzes, strategische beslissingen en het rendement van projecten. Daarmee ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen onze projecten.

Jouw focus

Als Kostendeskundige ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het inzichtelijk maken én het sturen op de financiële haalbaarheid van onze bouwprojecten. Je bent vanaf het eerste idee tot en met de planontwikkeling betrokken.

Jouw taken zijn onder andere:

  • Proactief sturen op kosten en businesscases, in nauwe samenwerking met projectteams en ontwerpende partners
  • Opstellen van budgetramingen in de initiatieffase van projecten
  • Opstellen en herijken van bouwkostenramingen in verschillende planontwikkelingsfasen
  • Adviseren van projectteams, management en directie over kostenbeheersing en haalbaarheid
  • Vroegtijdig signaleren van kansen en risico’s binnen projecten
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van een datagedreven en innovatieve werkwijze, samen met andere kostendeskundigen en calculators

Wat jij meebrengt

Je hebt een scherpe analytische blik en het vermogen om conceptueel te denken. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen het grote geheel en de details. Daarnaast ben je iemand die eigenaarschap toont, zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig. Verder breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur bouwkundig of technisch-economisch van aard
  • Minimaal 7-10 jaar ervaring als kostendeskundige of in een vergelijkbare rol
  • Affiniteit met datagedreven werken en de ambitie om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen
  • Een innovatieve mindset en het vermogen om kansen te vertalen naar procesverbeteringen

Je komt in dienst bij KlokGroep. Afhankelijk van jouw standplaats of woonplaats kun je worden ingezet bij de zusterbedrijven Van de Klok, Heilijgers of Adriaan van Erk.

Wat wij bieden

Arbeidsvoorwaarden | Een salaris tot € 8.500,- per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (afhankelijk van je achtergrond en ervaring), een winstdelingsregeling en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals een leaseauto die je ook privé mag rijden en alles wat je nodig hebt om je werk goed te doen.
