Als Projectleider bij Adriaan van Erk draag jij de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige proces. Van voorbereiding tot oplevering zorg jij voor een succesvolle realisatie.

Jouw impact

Als Projectleider neem jij de leiding over het volledige bouwproces. Jij maakt de keuzes die bepalen of een project succesvol wordt gerealiseerd.

Jouw focus

Van grondgebonden woningen tot appartementen met commerciële functies. Jij zorgt dat iedereen beschikt over de juiste informatie om het werk goed te doen. Je signaleert knelpunten en stuurt bij op techniek, planning, kosten en kwaliteit. Concreet houd je je bezig met:

  • Coördineren en aansturen van het volledige bouwproces, van start tot oplevering;
  • Zorgen voor tijdige en volledige projectvoorbereiding en -planning;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor budgetbewaking en voortgangsrapportages;
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheid, kwaliteit en regelgeving;
  • Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers;
  • Motiveren en coachen van projectteams en uitvoerende collega’s.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Bouwkunde;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als projectleider of projectmanager in de nieuwbouw;
  • Sterke technische en financiële kennis van bouwprocessen;
  • Ervaring met juridische aspecten van de bouw;
  • Leiderschap, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor detail;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om te schakelen op verschillende niveaus.
