Bij Heilijgers, onderdeel van KlokGroep, zoeken we een Projectleider Bestaande Bouw die niet alleen stuurt op uitvoering, maar juist ook aan de voorkant impact maakt. Iemand die teams verbindt, kansen ziet en projecten van initiatief tot realisatie succesvol begeleidt.

Jouw impact

Als Projectleider Bestaande Bouw ben jij betrokken vanaf de eerste plannen tot en met de oplevering. Je denkt mee in selecties, haalbaarheid en planvorming en vertaalt dit samen met het team naar een maakbaar, financieel haalbaar en uitvoerbaar project.

Jouw focus

Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten binnen bestaand vastgoed, zoals: verduurzaming van kantoren en maatschappelijk vastgoed, renovatieprojecten, transformatie van bestaand vastgoed en restauratieprojecten.

Concreet houd je je bezig met:

  • Betrokken zijn bij selecties, bouwteamtrajecten en planontwikkeling
  • Meedenken over haalbaarheid, uitvoeringsmethodiek en optimalisaties
  • Opstellen en bewaken van begrotingen, planningen en plannen van aanpak
  • Aansturen van projectteams, partners en onderaannemers
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en financiën
  • Leidinggeven aan bouwvergaderingen en onderhouden van klantcontact

Jij zorgt voor structuur, overzicht en samenwerking, ook wanneer projecten complex zijn en belangen uiteenlopen.

Wat jij meebrengt

Je bent een ervaren projectleider binnen bestaande bouw en voelt je prettig in een omgeving waar nog niet alles vastligt. Je neemt eigenaarschap, schakelt makkelijk tussen strategie en uitvoering en weet mensen mee te krijgen. Verder breng je mee:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen renovatie, verduurzaming, transformatie of restauratie
  • Ervaring met zowel voortrajecten als uitvoering
  • Sterke communicatieve en verbindende vaardigheden
  • Technisch en financieel goed onderlegd
  • Organisatietalent en natuurlijk leiderschap

Je bent een teamspeler die collega’s motiveert en samen resultaten behaalt.
