Jouw impact

Als Projectvoorbereider bij Heilijgers ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van onze bouwprojecten. Je regelt alles tot in de puntjes vóór de eerste schop de grond in gaat én blijft betrokken tot de oplevering. Jouw inzet maakt directe impact op het succes van nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en transformatieprojecten.

Jouw focus

Als Projectvoorbereider bij Heilijgers ben jij de schakel tussen plan en praktijk. Jij zorgt dat bouwprojecten vanaf dag één soepel verlopen, coördineert planningen, bewaakt kwaliteit en veiligheid en ondersteunt bij financiële bewaking. Verder bestaan jouw taken uit:

  • Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen.
  • Technische voorbereiding en coördinatie van projecten.
  • Afstemming met leveranciers, co-makers en onderaannemers.
  • Bijdragen aan engineering, werkvoorbereiding en kostenbewaking.
  • Controleren van 3D-modellen (BIM) en technische tekeningen.
  • Beheren en archiveren van projectdocumentatie.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten tijdens voorbereiding en uitvoering.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Bouwkunde
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in de bouw
  • Kennis van BIM en affiniteit met digitalisering in het bouwproces
  • Organisatorisch sterk, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
  • VOL-VCA en bekend met veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Helder communicatief, een teamspeler en goed in overzicht houden
