Naast nieuwbouw pakt Van de Klok ook renovatie-, transformatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten aan in bestaande gebouwen. Als Realisatiemanager Bestaande Bouw ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van projecten waar techniek, planning en veiligheid complex samenkomen.

Jouw impact

Je leidt zelfstandig bouwprojecten in de bestaande bouw, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid, houdt grip op kosten en administratie en zorgt dat het team optimaal presteert. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor co-makers, onderaannemers, architecten en interne teams, en vertaalt complexe plannen naar praktische uitvoerbare stappen.

Jouw focus

  • Aansturen van alle bouwprocessen in bestaande bouwprojecten.
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang.
  • Organiseren van werkverdeling en personeelsbezetting op de bouwplaats.
  • Coördineren van co-makers, onderaannemers en interne specialisten.
  • Financiële en administratieve bewaking van het project.
  • Coachend leidinggeven en het team helpen ontwikkelen.
  • Praktische oplossingen aandragen bij knelpunten in bestaande structuren.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau in Bouwkunde, Technische Planontwikkeling of gelijkwaardig.
  • Minimaal 5-10 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in (complexe) renovatie, transformatie of verduurzamingsprojecten.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: je durft zelf bij te springen waar nodig.
  • Sterk in overzicht, communicatie en teamcoördinatie.
  • Passie voor bestaande bouw, techniek en procesoptimalisatie.

Als Realisatiemanager Bestaande Bouw ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats, stuur je teams aan en zorg je dat alle betrokkenen efficiënt samenwerken om complexe projecten succesvol en op tijd op te leveren.
