Bij Van de Klok, trots onderdeel van KlokGroep, realiseren we ambitieuze nieuwbouwprojecten. Van kale bouwvlakten tot levendige, duurzame wijken: jij leidt het proces van eerste paal tot oplevering. Als Realisatiemanager Nieuwbouw heb je de volledige regie over de bouwplaats en ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het succes van onze projecten.

Jouw impact

Als Realisatiemanager Nieuwbouw stuur je zelfstandig de bouwplaats aan en zorg je dat projecten efficiënt, veilig en binnen kwaliteitseisen worden uitgevoerd. Je bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit, anticipeert op knelpunten en coacht je team om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor co-makers, onderaannemers en interne teams en vertaalt plannen naar praktische uitvoering.

Jouw focus

  • Volledig coördineren en aansturen van alle bouwprocessen op de bouwplaats.
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang.
  • Plannen en organiseren van werkverdeling en personeelsbezetting.
  • Aansturen en controleren van co-makers, onderaannemers en interne specialisten.
  • Beheren van projectadministratie en financiële bewaking.
  • Coachend leidinggeven en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van medewerkers.
  • Oplossingsgericht optreden bij knelpunten en uitdagingen in het bouwproces.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau in Bouwkunde, Civiele Techniek of gelijkwaardig.
  • Minimaal 5-10 jaar ervaring in leidinggevende functies op de bouwplaats, bij voorkeur in nieuwbouw.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: je durft beslissingen te nemen en bij te springen waar nodig.
  • Sterk in communicatie, overzicht en teamcoördinatie.
  • Passie voor nieuwbouwprojecten en het realiseren van kwalitatief hoogwaardige wijken.
