Wil jij bouwen aan woningen die niet telkens opnieuw bedacht worden, maar slim en doordacht zijn ontwikkeld?

Bij KlokGroep werk je niet aan losse projecten, maar aan concepten zoals BaseHome en WoNiVo. Hier draait alles om standaardisatie, herhaalbaarheid en digitale perfectie.

We zoeken een BIM Modelleur Conceptueel Bouwen die verder kijkt dan modelleren. Iemand die snapt dat een goed model de basis is van slimmer bouwen.

Jouw impact

In conceptueel bouwen is jouw rol nóg belangrijker. Jij zorgt dat concepten digitaal kloppen en blijven kloppen.

Geen éénmalige modellen, maar slimme, herbruikbare oplossingen die keer op keer toegepast worden. Jij maakt keuzes die direct invloed hebben op maakbaarheid, snelheid én kosten.

Door jouw werk worden projecten voorspelbaarder, efficiënter en beter schaalbaar. Minder faalkosten, meer grip en een strakker proces van ontwerp tot realisatie.

Jouw focus

Je werkt niet alleen aan projecten, maar aan systemen en concepten die projecten mogelijk maken.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Modelleren en doorontwikkelen van conceptuele woningbouw in Autodesk Revit
  • Standaardiseren van bouwkundige oplossingen en details
  • Vertalen van concepten naar maakbare, reproduceerbare modellen
  • Afstemmen met ontwikkelaars, projectteams en ketenpartners
  • Signaleren van optimalisaties in ontwerp en proces
  • Controleren en valideren van modellen (bijv. met Solibri)
  • Bijdragen aan digitalisering en data-gedreven bouwen

Wat jij meebrengt

Je bent iemand die snapt dat bouwen slimmer kan en daar ook actief aan wil bijdragen.

  • Ervaring als BIM Modelleur binnen woningbouw
  • Sterke kennis van Revit en BIM-processen
  • Interesse in of ervaring met conceptueel en industrieel bouwen
  • Technisch inzicht én het vermogen om te standaardiseren
  • Oplossingsgericht en analytisch sterk
  • Goed in samenwerken en schakelen met verschillende disciplines
