Als Senior Planontwikkelaar bij Heilijgers speel jij een sleutelrol in de planvorming van onze projecten. Je brengt visie, creativiteit en technische kennis samen om plannen haalbaar, maakbaar én toekomstbestendig te maken. Jouw impact

Als Senior Planontwikkelaar begeleid en regisseer jij het gehele proces van initiatief tot en met de DO-fase. Je werkt samen met stedenbouwkundigen, architecten, adviseurs en overheden aan plannen die niet alleen voldoen aan regelgeving, maar ook inspireren en onderscheidend zijn. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het toetsen van haalbaarheid, het bewaken van kosten, kwaliteit en planning, én het optimaliseren van het ontwerp op basis van technische, financiële en stedenbouwkundige uitgangspunten.

Jouw focus

  • Realiseren van financiële en kwaliteitsdoelen door bouwtekeningen, rapportages en vergunningsaanvragen te beoordelen en bij te sturen.
  • Bewaken van projectdoelen en tijdige opvolging van faseringen en documenten.
  • Het uitvoeren en coördineren van taken, planning en werkmethodes
  • Multidisciplinair samenwerken in projectteams en zorgen voor technische en financiële afstemming met leveranciers en co-makers.
  • Bijdragen aan project- en processturing door evaluaties en verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Signaleren van ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied en adviseren op tactisch en operationeel niveau.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur richting Bouwkunde, Planologie of Technische Bedrijfskunde).
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in gebieds- of projectontwikkeling binnen bouw of vastgoed.
  • Kennis van regelgeving, RO-processen en vergunningentrajecten.
  • Analytisch sterk, planmatig en communicatief vaardig.
  • Een creatieve geest én een realistische aanpakker: je schakelt soepel tussen visie en uitvoering.
  • Teamspeler die eigenaarschap neemt en anderen weet te enthousiasmeren.

Jij zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen samen toewerken naar een sterk en uitvoerbaar plan.
