Jouw impact

Als Senior Planontwikkelaar neem jij de regie over de technische ontwikkeling van complexe bouwprojecten. Je stuurt integraal op techniek, kosten en proces en maakt daarin strategische keuzes die bepalend zijn voor het succes van het project.

Je bent sparringpartner voor ontwikkelaars en management en weet belangen te vertalen naar haalbare en slimme oplossingen. Met jouw ervaring overzie je risico’s vroegtijdig en stuur je proactief bij.

Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van de planontwikkeling binnen de organisatie.

Jouw focus

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de technische ontwikkeling van projecten
  • Je stuurt op hoofdlijnen én details binnen complexe en risicovolle projecten
  • Je maakt integrale afwegingen tussen techniek, kosten, planning en kwaliteit
  • Je adviseert projectontwikkelaars en management op strategisch niveau
  • Je stuurt ontwerpteams (architect, constructeur, adviseurs) inhoudelijk aan
  • Je initieert optimalisaties en innovatieve oplossingen
  • Je beheerst risico’s en stuurt actief op haalbaarheid en rendement
  • Je coacht en begeleidt (junior) planontwikkelaars

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als planontwikkelaar, technisch ontwikkelaar, projectontwikkelaar, projectmanager of senior werkvoorbereider
  • Diepgaande kennis van bouwtechniek, kosten en ontwikkelprocessen
  • Sterk strategisch en conceptueel denkvermogen
  • Leiderschap en coachende vaardigheden
  • Besluitvaardig en organisatiesensitief

Samenwerking | In deze rol werk je intensief samen met projectontwikkelaars, kostendeskundigen, projectmanagers en BIM-modelleurs. Daarnaast stuur je architecten, constructeurs en andere technisch adviseurs aan en zorg je dat alle partijen samen toewerken naar een technisch sterk en uitvoerbaar plan. Jij bent de verbindende factor die techniek, kosten en belangen samenbrengt binnen het projectteam.
