Met jouw ervaring weet je met deze dynamiek om te gaan en zorg je ervoor dat projecten succesvol worden afgerond.

Jouw impact

Als Senior Projectmanager bij Van de Klok geef jij richting aan complexe projecten. Denk hierbij aan nieuwbouwprojecten of aan het geven van een nieuw toekomstperspectief aan bestaande gebouwen.

Jouw focus

Met jouw expertise realiseer je succesvolle nieuwbouw- en transformatieprojecten. Jij:

  • Coördineert en beheert projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering;
  • Stemt af met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs, aannemers en andere stakeholders;
  • Bewaakt de voortgang, budgetten en kwaliteit van de projecten;
  • Zorgt voor vergunningstrajecten en naleving van wet- en regelgeving;
  • Identificeert risico’s en zorgt voor passende maatregelen;
  • Stimuleert innovatie en duurzaamheid binnen projecten.

Wat jij meebrengt

Je bent een daadkrachtige projectmanager met ervaring in transformatie, herontwikkeling en/of nieuwbouw. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een hbo- of wo-opleiding in Bouwkunde, Civiele Techniek of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied;
  • Minimaal 7-10 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement;
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving en vergunningstrajecten;
  • Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams;
  • Een oplossingsgerichte, proactieve en communicatief vaardige houding;
  • Leiderschap en organisatorisch talent.
