Bij Van de Klok krijg je als Senior Projectvoorbereider de ruimte om complexe projecten vanaf de eerste fase strak neer te zetten op technisch, organisatorisch en strategisch gebied. Jouw impact

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van middelgrote tot grootschalige nieuwbouw- of bestaande bouwprojecten. In de voorbereiding maak jij keuzes die invloed hebben op kosten, planning en uitvoerbaarheid. Jouw inzichten zorgen ervoor dat projecten niet alleen gerealiseerd worden, maar vanaf de start efficiënt en beheerst verlopen.

Jouw focus

Je opereert zelfstandig, neemt belangrijke beslissingen en coördineert de voorbereiding in samenwerking met projectteams, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Jouw taken zijn onder andere:

  • Leiding nemen in de voorbereiding van technische en uitvoeringsaspecten;
  • Opstellen, bewaken en optimaliseren van projectplanningen en uitvoeringstrajecten;
  • Afstemming en regie voeren op BIM-modellen, engineering en projectvoorbereiding;
  • Beoordelen van tekeningen en documenten op maakbaarheid en uitvoerbaarheid;
  • Proactief signaleren van risico's en knelpunten binnen nieuwbouw- of bestaande bouwprojecten en deze vertalen naar oplossingen;
  • Ondersteunen van projectteams met advies en richtinggevende inzichten.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting Bouwkunde;
  • Ervaring in de voorbereiding van nieuwbouw- en/of bestaande bouwprojecten;
  • Diepgaande kennis van BIM, bouwprocessen en digitale voorbereidingstools;
  • Een proactieve houding met sterk analytisch, organisatorisch en communicatief vermogen;
  • Kennis van veiligheidsnormen (VOL-VCA) en kwaliteitsprocessen.
