Als Senior Projectvoorbereider Nieuwbou zorg jij dat projecten tot in detail zijn voorbereid en klaar zijn voor een soepele uitvoering. Jouw impact

Door projecten technisch en organisatorisch tot in detail voor te bereiden, zorg je dat de uitvoering zonder verrassingen kan starten. Met jouw scherpe blik op tekeningen, planning en kosten voorkom je knelpunten tijdens de bouw en draag je bij aan woningbouwprojecten waar kwaliteit en efficiëntie centraal staan.

Jouw focus

  • Opstellen van werkvoorbereidings- en uitvoeringsschema’s
  • Controleren en toetsen van werktekeningen en technische documenten
  • Contact onderhouden met onderaannemers, leveranciers en het projectteam
  • Bewaken en administreren van kopersmeerwerk
  • Aanvragen, beoordelen en vergelijken van offertes
  • Ondersteunen van de projectleider en calculatieafdeling
  • Toezien op verwerking van verbeterpunten en voortgang binnen het project

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een hbo-diploma Bouwkunde of aantoonbaar gelijkwaardig werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 7-10 jaar ervaring in woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw, is een pré
  • Kennis van bouw- en installatietechniek
  • Ervaring met CAD, BIM (pré) en ERP-systemen
  • Sterk in plannen, samenwerken en communiceren
  • Flexibel, analytisch, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig

Samenwerking | In deze rol werk je intensief samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en BIM-collega’s om projecten goed voorbereid naar de bouwfase te brengen. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met onderaannemers, leveranciers en andere partners om tekeningen, materialen en planningen optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering binnen het projectteam.
