Ben jij iemand die energie krijgt van het aansturen van mensen, het oplossen van bouwkundige vraagstukken én het iedere dag een stukje beter maken van service en onderhoud? Als Teamleider Service & Onderhoud ben jij binnen onze servicetak in Cuijk het aanspreekpunt. Je geeft richting aan het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het dagelijks onderhoud bij onze partners en de nazorg van onze nieuwbouwprojecten. In deze rol houd je het overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat bewoners, vakmensen en collega’s weten waar ze aan toe zijn.

Jouw impact

Dankzij jouw leiderschap staat er een klantgericht, sterk en professioneel service- en onderhoudsteam dat bewoners goed helpt en continu leert en verbetert op basis van de PDCA-cyclus (Plan-Do-Check-Act). Zo zorg je er niet alleen voor dat klachten worden opgelost, maar ook dat we als organisatie steeds beter worden.

Jouw focus

  • Service & Onderhoud en de aangesloten vaklieden;
  • Wekelijks bespreken van de stand van zaken, bezetting, planning, lopende werkzaamheden en knelpunten;
  • Zichtbaar en benaderbaar zijn op de locatie en fungeren als luisterend oor en vertrouwenspersoon voor het team;
  • Oppakken en begeleiden van complexe service- en nazorgmeldingen en zorgen dat de juiste expertise wordt ingezet;
  • Signaleren van terugkerende fouten of problemen en hierover het gesprek aangaan met bijvoorbeeld projectteams, onderaannemers en inkoop;
  • Bewaken en verbeteren van serviceafspraken en zorgen dat de dienstverlening steeds verder wordt geprofessionaliseerd.

Je valt binnen deze rol direct onder de directeur Bestaande Bouw.

Wat jij meebrengt

We zoeken iemand die techniek en mensen goed weet te combineren. Je staat stevig in je schoenen, bent toegankelijk en weet op een open en transparante manier richting te geven.

Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Minimaal 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring met het aansturen van mensen en kennis van bouwkundige vraagstukken binnen service & onderhoud;
  • Een bouwkundige opleiding en/of ervaring in de bouw;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende niveaus en disciplines te schakelen;
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en durft kritisch te kijken naar situaties en naar wat er daadwerkelijk speelt;
  • Een klantgerichte instelling en de drive om service en onderhoud continu te verbeteren.
