Als Timmerman Bestaande Bouw bij KlokGroep zorg jij ervoor dat problemen, zoals een deur die niet goed sluit of een dakkapel die gerepareerd moet worden, snel en vakkundig worden opgelost. Je werkt niet op één grote bouwplaats, maar komt dagelijks bij verschillende bewoners thuis. Dat maakt jouw werk afwisselend, zelfstandig én persoonlijk. Jouw impact

Als Timmerman Bestaande Bouw ben jij degene die bewoners helpt wanneer er iets in hun woning niet naar behoren werkt. Voor bewoners lijken dit soms kleine ergernissen, maar ze hebben vaak een grote impact op het woonplezier. Dankzij jouw vakmanschap en oplossingsgerichte aanpak kunnen bewoners weer zorgeloos genieten van hun woning.

Jouw focus

Je werkt nauw samen met onze serviceafdeling. Zij ontvangen en beoordelen meldingen van bewoners en plannen jouw werkzaamheden in. Vervolgens ga jij zelfstandig op pad om de situatie in kaart te brengen en de melding op te lossen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het geregeld wordt.

Concreet houd jij je bezig met:

  • Het uitvoeren van timmer- en herstelwerkzaamheden bij bewoners thuis;
  • Het herstellen en afstellen van onder andere deuren, ramen en hang- en sluitwerk;
  • Het repareren van kozijnen en andere bouwkundige onderdelen;
  • Het zelfstandig beoordelen van situaties en bedenken van passende oplossingen;
  • Zorgvuldig communiceren met bewoners en uitleg geven over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden;
  • Het signaleren van vervolgwerkzaamheden en het terugkoppelen hiervan aan de serviceafdeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

Je bent een vakman die zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en plezier haalt uit contact met mensen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring als timmerman in een bewoonde omgeving;
  • Technisch inzicht en een praktische instelling;
  • Een oplossingsgerichte en servicegerichte houding;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Rijbewijs B.
