Word jij de drijvende kracht achter onze bouwprojecten? Als Uitvoerder sta jij aan het roer op de bouwplaats. Jij vertaalt plannen naar praktijk en zorgt ervoor dat projecten van begin tot eind soepel verlopen. Of het nu gaat om woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw of transformaties, jij houdt overzicht en garandeert kwaliteit. Met jouw energie en leiderschap laat je teams excelleren en zorg je dat iedereen op dezelfde lijn werkt.

Jouw impact

Jij bent het hart van de bouwplaats. Door jouw dagelijkse aansturing en overzicht zorg je ervoor dat projecten volgens planning en binnen budget worden uitgevoerd. Vaklieden, onderaannemers en leveranciers volgen jouw aanwijzingen en weten dat ze bij jou terecht kunnen voor heldere communicatie en oplossingsgerichte begeleiding. Met jouw oog voor detail én het grotere geheel lever je projecten op waar zowel de klant als het team trots op is.

Jouw focus

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van vaklieden, onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget
  • Coördineren van materiaalstromen en logistiek
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor het uitvoeringsteam en projectpartners
  • Oplossen van knelpunten en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Samenwerken met projectleiding en werkvoorbereiding voor een optimale uitvoering
  • Leidinggeven aan en coachen van medewerkers op locatie

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder binnen de bouwsector
  • Grondige kennis van bouwprocessen, bouwmethoden en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Oog voor detail én het grote geheel
  • Proactieve houding en het vermogen om onder druk de juiste keuzes te maken
  • Leiderschap: je weet mensen te motiveren, aan te sturen en te verbinden
  • MBO- of HBO-opleiding in de richting Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar

Samenwerking | Op de bouwplaats werk je intensief samen met vaklieden, onderaannemers en leveranciers en stuur je het uitvoeringsteam dagelijks aan. Daarnaast schakel je veel met werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders om de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van het project optimaal te bewaken. Samen zorg je ervoor dat elk project soepel verloopt en succesvol wordt opgeleverd.
