Bei dir laufen unsere Wärmepumpen-Projekte zusammen: vom ersten Termin beim Kunden bis zur fertigen Anlage. Du planst so sauber, dass unser Montageteam beim ersten Termin fertig wird, und du bist für Kunden und Monteure der Mensch, auf den man sich verlassen kann. Wer dich anruft, bekommt eine Antwort. Wer dir etwas sagt, kann sicher sein, dass es erledigt wird.

Wir sind KLYMA: rund 45 Leute, spezialisiert auf Wärmepumpen für Ein- und Zweifamilienhäuser zwischen Bonn und Dortmund. Wir wachsen schnell und bauen ein Handwerksunternehmen, das zuverlässig, ehrlich und regional arbeitet. Du sorgst dafür, dass das nicht nur auf der Website steht.

Wofür du verantwortlich bist:

  • Vor-Ort-Termin beim Kunden: Aufstellort, Heizungsraum, Einbringweg, Zählerschrank, Leitungswege. Du siehst, was andere übersehen, auch ob der Speicher durch die Kellertür passt.
  • Technische Planung: Heizlast, Auslegung, Hydraulik, Machbarkeit. Du prüfst, ob das Verkaufte wirklich so umsetzbar ist, und klärst Abweichungen mit dem Vertrieb, bevor sie zum Problem werden.
  • Auftragsbestätigung und Material: Du erstellst die AB und bestellst vollständig beim Großhandel, rechtzeitig vor dem Montagetermin.
  • Montage vorbereiten: Termine, Teams und externe Partner so koordiniert, dass am Montagetag alles da ist, was gebraucht wird.
  • Fester Ansprechpartner: Für deine Kunden und unsere Monteure bist du erreichbar. Rückrufe am selben Tag sind für dich selbstverständlich.

  • Baustellen werden beim ersten Termin fertig
  • Kein fehlendes oder falsches Material auf der Baustelle
  • Keine Nacharbeit wegen Planungsfehlern
  • Kunden und Monteure bekommen zuverlässig Rückmeldung

Über dich

Was du mitbringst:

Muss:

  • Abgeschlossene Elektro-/ oder SHK-Ausbildung plus Meister oder Techniker, oder ein Studium in Versorgungs- bzw. Gebäudetechnik
  • Alternativ zur Ausbildung einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Wärmepumpen oder Photovoltaik
  • Praxis in Heizlastberechnung und hydraulischer Planung, idealerweise mit Wärmepumpen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert: eigene Listen, feste Abläufe, nichts bleibt liegen
  • Du bist gründlich, auch wenn es schnell gehen muss
  • Führerschein Klasse B

  • Du selbst schon Wärmepumpen montiert oder in Betrieb genommen hast
  • Du Erfahrung mit Großhandels-Bestellsystemen hast
  • Du Abläufe verbesserst, statt sie nur zu bemängeln
